Rules
1.Your site cant have any adult content on it.
2.You can only be advertised one month at a time.
3.You can be advertised as much as you want but have to wait 3 months before reapplying.
4.Fragile-Orchid can say no to applications without giving any reason.
5.You have to put a button of fragile-orchid on your site and have it there all the time(Being on the credits or etc is also accepted)
6.Your button has to be 88 x 31.
8.Only 1 site at a time.
